so, i'm finally doing one of these online logs. i've fooled with it before, but never stuck with it. i'm just getting back on track actually with my diet, and training. it's a long story, but things got out of whack between july and now, and needless to say, i put on about 30 pounds that i need to get rid of. i did get stronger, but, i need to drop these pounds.
i've started my cut this week, made some lifestyle changes (like quitting drinking, which was the big pitfall for me in keeping a healthy diet), and so on. i think that keeping one of these online journals will be good for me to watch my progress. ill be adding more soon, but now i gotta get to work.
