I listen to a bunch of radioIO stuff. I also like K666.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

Get iTunes. Thats all you'll ever need. I like rock/metal/punk mainly and only listen to 2-3 stations all day while i'm at work.
That and it is the best music/video program you can have. :P

The chillout channel on www.di.fm is good.

People wonder why I call myself Mr. T. One dude asked, 'does the T stand for tough?' I said no. Another dude asked if the T stands for my last name, Tureaud. No it does not. The 'T' in Mr. T stands for tuna. T loves tuna.

does anyone have a wacky talk radio like this one:
I used to listen to a radio from alabama where they would talk about anything, and one time they figured out that painkillers are more dangerous than guns, pretty cool stuff

You are a success my friend . Share your secrets. (Crippy)

http://www.coasttocoastam.com - it's on 10pm every night (pacific time), and you usually get a few crazy topics of conversation every week.

    Rock Quotes:
-Girls like big strong men, all the other men has to find a niche or a thing they supposedly love, you know...like saving whales or reading books, to get laid.
-Look..first I am scared little freezing virgin munk, but then I bare my self and I am nothing like a freezing virgin!
-Then I saw a little african boy sleeping, and I thought...that is little Okeke, he is tired from herding all the goats and the big goat got away today.

Hey thought this would be a good place to ask. Is there anyway to listen to howard stern on internet radio?

Not that it matters much anymore since hes moving to satellite in 10 days or whatever.

Savage is hilarious. But iTunes has dozens of stations in all sorts of categories. I especially like the comedy stations. There's also AirAmerica so you can hear the wacky liberals spouting their stuff.
