I just started out with my routine and training almost 4 weeks ago, my db bench is currently at 70lbs in each hand 3 sets of 8. Last week, when using 65lbs my wrists didn't hurt at all. This week my wrists were killing me during the exercise, however they didn't hurt when I did decline on the next exercise, so thats good news, I only use 60lb DB's for that one. Do my wrists just need to get used to all this weight again, or are their things I should/can do to strengthen my wrists?
