Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    New Routine

Ok, well I think my past routine was a little bit too much. I talked to alot of people and I made up a new routine with a new diet plan, so I wanted to know what ya'll though.

    Meal 1: Upon waking up
    3 egg whites
2 100% whole wheat bread (toasted)

Meal 3: Lunch D about 4 hours after meal 1 and 2 hours before workout
2 Roast beef Sandwhich on 100% whole wheat bread with provolone cheese

    Meal 5: Right before Workout
"Dinner" (Varies from day to day) Usually some meat and some kind of pasta or rice.
A large protein Shake (Completed with 2 scoops Whey Protein Gold Standard 40 G, 1 Bannana, 1/2 Apple, 2% Milk, 2 table spoons of pineapple, crushed ice)

    Meal 6: Right after workout
A large protein Shake (Completed with 2 scoops Whey Protein Gold Standard 40 G, 1 Bannana, 1/2 Apple, 2% Milk, 2 table spoons of pineapple, crushed ice)
Tuna fish with light mayo on 100% whole wheat bread.

Then I've cut down my workout alot.
    Bench Press 3 X 5
    Incline Compound 3 X 8-10
    Lateral Pulldown 3 X 8 - 10
    Incline Bench 3 X 5
    Skull Crushers 5 X 5
    Straight Bar Curling 5 X 10
    Preacher Curls 3 X 5
    Forearm Twirls 4 times
    Forearm Curls (behind back) 5 X 10

    Abs:
    50 X 3 crunches
Decline Sit ups (with weight) 3 X 15
    Front Adominal Hold 3 X 20 Seconds
Side Adominal Hols 3 X 20 Seconds (Both Sides)

That would be an example of what I do on an upper body day, including atleast 15 minutes of 25-30 mph bicycle riding.

A week of workout consists of:
    Monday - Heavy Upper Body
    Tuesday - Heavy Lower Body
Wednesday - Light Mechanical workout (workout things like, shoulders, neck, ankles, calfs, and anything else I didn't get in on Monday and Tuesday)
    Thursday - Light UpperBody
    Friday - Light LowerBody
    Saturday - Rest
    Sunday - Rest

    Macros are:
    alories Eaten Today
    source grams cals %total
    Total: 2269
    Fat: 70 627 29%
    Sat: 31 281 13%
    Poly: 7 62 3%
    Mono: 24 212 10%
    Carbs: 255 908 41%
    Fiber: 28 0 0%
    Protein: 165 658 30%
    Alcohol: 0 0 0%

This is discluding dinner and the protein powder. With the protein powder I'll have 245 grams of protein and I do cardio everyday.

P.S - I'm cutting, is this sufficient? I'm also discluding the V8 drink which I have for my vegetables.
    Age: 17
    Height: 6'4
    Weight: 275
Lifting: Little more than 1 Year

Completely reforming my technique, especially my squat.

Maxes: Forget about that for quite a while.

Goal: Lose 30 lbs by March? Doesn't look very good right now.

If you're doing all your lifts correctly, you should only have to do abs once a week, since your core gets worked on most lifts.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Live it, learn it.
