I tried to use the search features on all the questions I am about to ask... but all it did was come up with journals.
Anyways, first a little about me. Today is the day I begin the WBB1 routine. I'm 5'9 150 and never seriously lifted in my life.
Question 1: I have read over and over that diet is key. I'm looking to bulk right now so I eat pretty much whatever I can. Obviously with eating I am going to go to the bathroom more often "#2". I'm wondering why sometimes #2 is solid... and other time it's almost like i'm peeing. Do I need to eat more fibre or something?
Question 2: In regards to compound excersizes. How do you figure out how much weight you should be lifting?
Question 3: Realistically, I won't be able to give up going partying (I gotta stay sane). So I am wondering how bad is drinking? Am I pretty much shooting myself in the foot if I get sh*tfaced on a Friday or Saturday (next day being a day off).
