Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

ask your friends, or family members....wouldnt that give you a more accurate estimate?? Utility prices fluctuate so the closer pricing you have to your future apmt the better.

Have fun getting settled in. If you guys have never lived away from home your gona be in for a suprise.

First off, living with a friend equals not being friends in the long run. That is what happens most of the time.
Next, have fun buying all the small things that you'll oversee.

Is it gonna be fully furnished?

    Good luck.

As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

It's going to be 2 bedroom, we are going to furnish it. Probably get help from family with certain things.

It all depends on how much my friend can afford.

Your gonna need some coin to furnish that puppy so that you can entertain company and females.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade, just a friendly heads up.

They dont have to live in an apartment building. I know water/sewer bills are derived from water usage/consumption. Electricity is the same. You may find that the rent you pay may include oil, water/sewer, and others....just ask the landlord.

So just go over to Ma and Pa's house and see what there bills are; take into consideration that they may consume more/less depending on their lifestyle and/or number of people living there. I mean you wont get the exact same bill, but it will serve as a good estimate for you budget!!

Most apts don't charge for water and sewage so your probably lookin at just gas and electric. I'd say $100 a month on the high side, Ive paid as little as $15 a month at one of my apts.
