    Get lean w/out cardio

    Can i get lean with no cardio just weight lifting?

    I did. You just have to know exacty what you're eating. Tracking calories, getting substantial protein, and lifting heavy.. Just work hard and it will pay off

    It's theoretically possible for anybody to get lean without cardio. It's a combination of your genetics and will power that will determine how it works out for you personally.

    Yeah just reduce your calories. I also did a cut without cardio. *Summons Built*. Built is an advocate of weight-loss through diet instead of cardio.

    Cardio is lame anyway.

    Sure, and you can also get fat while doing hours of cardio. All depends if your eating more then you burn. Simple as that.

    I was a tub when I used to jog.

    <- I got these abs through diet and heavy lifting, with a tiny amount of cardio tossed in so I could eat more peanut butter while I did it.

    I'm with built... although I do a little more cardio (around 2 hours per week min) for general sports endurance and because of family history...
