How much sleep are you getting?
What kind of time do you have on weekends?

Once in a great while, when I'm lacking sleep, I'll use a drink from Met-RX called Energy X... gets me though 1 good hour long W/O...

You need at least 6-8 hours of sleep and if you are trying to lose weight, you should be eating somewhere around 2800 calories.

Know how much you are eating, what you are eating and get more sleep.

Your energy levels are going to be based off of how much rest you are getting, and your daily nutritional intake. If either one of those is poor, then you are going to have poor energy levels.

Kraft dinners, chicken fingers and a bowl of mini wheats probably isn't going to get you very far. And your sleep is fairly low for the type of work you described.

Sounds like you are having trouble with having enough energy to get through a 5 day work week. Adding any type of weight training is going to require you to possibly triple+ your food intake, and at least get a good 8hrs of sleep each night.
