The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    bored of current chest routine

I'm pretty bored of my current routine and think I could get better results if I try some new stuff. My current routine is:
    BB bench press x3 sets
    decline dumbell flys x3 sets
and I do the pec dec machine for some reason x3 sets which I really want to get out of my routine.

I was thinking about switching up to DB presses and I wanted something to target my lower chest, and the last exercise can be anything. Gimme some help please thanks

Switch your Barbell press to inclines, DB flat benchpress, scrap the frigging pec dec for Dips or keep the decline DBs. Out of curiosity, why weren't you doing any incline work before?

Theirs no need to do incline if you dnt want to how ever it is a good exercise to do. Maybe go all dumbells for a month or so and do Flat DB, incline DB and dips or decline bb. Also the above routine is a good one as long as you include the basic movements lift heavy and eat heavy ure sorted

You can not effectively 'target' the upper or lower pec. The differences in angles change only how much delt, pec, and tricep you end up using.

When you are 240 with a 50 inch chest, no one will say your lower chest is lagging.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

If your sick of BB bench flat or incline DB bench is always a great alternative. Try incorporating some heavy close grip bench too, triples or sets of 5 are always a favorite of mine.
