Well, this is simply a thread to show how I'm going to hopefully recover. Here's some stats before illness and my current state:
That's right, I'm screwed. This illness has just flattened me. That change is over a period of almost 3 weeks. I hope most of the loss has been water (since diarrhea will dehydrate you like nothing else). I've been in the gym a few times since, but haven't really been able to do much of anything. To get back to where I was I'm going to train hard, alone, and really focus. But first I need to get over this illness. I just figured this thread would be a good place to give updates, workouts, etc. Wish me luck, maybe I'll be big again someday.
