The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Well this is my first post here because I haven't been able to think of any questions, so I gave it some hard thought and came up with this quirky one!

What if someone who burns 2500 calories in a day eats 2000 calories worth of Saturated Fats and no carbs or protein in a day (I know, physically impossible and unhealthy), would this person lose or gain weight?

My guess would be, he would lose weight because the 2000 cals of fat would get burned off as his energy source. Am I correct?

    Very interesting question, indeed.

Once, again, I would have to agree with cackerot on this one.

I think he would die from eating so much Saturated Fats though.

The question isn't would he die or not. I think thats already quite clear. But for this example, lets assume he only does this for one week so chances are he won't die anyways. Question is does this person lose or gain weight during this week?
