    2 way or 3 way

    i know i know not another "this is my routine" post lol but yes it is.. im currently doing a 3 way split and i go every other day but i started going 2 days on 1 day off or 3 days on 1 day off...just changing it up seeing how i feel and im thinking i like hittin each muscle every 5 days so i was going to try 2 way split every other day.. here is my current routine and what its going to look like.

    CURRENT
    DAY 1-push
    bench press
    incline
    behind the neck press
    upright rows
    close bench press

    DAY 2-OFF

    DAY 3-pull
    pulldowns
    db rows
    db curls
    shrugs

    DAY 4- OFF

    DAY 5-legs
    squats
    front squats
    stiff leg deads
    calf raises

    DAY 6 & 7- OFF

    NEW ROUTINE MAYBE

    DAY 1,5,9-CHEST,BACK,SHOULDERS
    bench press
    incline press
    pulldowns
    db rows
    behind the neck press
    wide upright rows

    DAY 2,4,6,8,10,12-OFF

    DAY 3,7,11-LEGS,ARMS
    squats
    front squats
    stiff leg deadlifts
    hammer curls/rev. curls
    close bench press
    calf raises

    I KNOW ITS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT BUT THERE IS A LITTLE... ANY INPUT? OR UR OPINIONS?

    That's not bad, but I would separate it as upper/lower instead of having your arms on leg day. Then you can get some more leg lifts in there and balance it out. In that routine your arms are getting hit ~4 times a week. Oh and drop the upright rows.
