i saw this article, its not true that you have to do all those excersise to work the different parts of the chest is it?

my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
What you all mean that you cant just build the upper part of my innder bicep if i want to or the lower outer part of my chest how is this possible. on a seriouse note i used to believe in this myth before i joined this forum and learned so much but its amazing how many people do think this is true
weight 202 - (bf around 14%)
Bench - 286
deadlift - new pr on the 23/12/06 190 kilo (430 pound)
squat - 264 ATF
200 pound at 10% bf by next summer
