Yes, it's the wrong forum. BUT - you can eat anything you want as long as you're getting the nutrition. BUT - in doing that, you will put on more bf than many want to have. If you keep the diet in check, that is eating only clean food, then you're bf increase will be less (usually). Me, I eat truckloads of everything and then trim off the excess.
