    how to lose weight fast

    Hi, I'm new here but I wanted to know if there was any way to lose weight quickly. I try working out every so often but with school and work it's kind of hard. I do mainly weight lifting and not much of cardio. Do any of you have any diet tips or any tips at all that could help me? I'm just trying to look for a good routine to keep me movitvated and see results quickly. I'm 5'10 and 200 lb. of mostly chub. lol mostly the fat is really around my gut around my neck and face. Any advice would really help thanks!

    It's not your routine - it's your diet.

    Do you know how many calories, and how many grams of protein, carb, and fat you eat on average? If not, I suggest you track for a week on and find out.

    Post up your numbers, and we'll help you build a cutting diet.

    I'm hesitant to recommend it to a newbie. For someone who doesn't know how to diet properly, a PSMF is a pretty extreme diet to attempt.
