Hi, I'm new here but I wanted to know if there was any way to lose weight quickly. I try working out every so often but with school and work it's kind of hard. I do mainly weight lifting and not much of cardio. Do any of you have any diet tips or any tips at all that could help me? I'm just trying to look for a good routine to keep me movitvated and see results quickly. I'm 5'10 and 200 lb. of mostly chub. lol mostly the fat is really around my gut around my neck and face. Any advice would really help thanks!
