By increasing your muscle size does it increase the frequency of having things like muscle cramps, spasms or tears.
Personally I think it should decrease the frequency. However, just last week I suffered a severe muscle cramp in my left pec (hurt like hell) this was the first time in my life that I ever had a cramp there.
I am not new to lifting but this past year I've gained alot of muscle size in my pecs.
Could this just be a fluke or is there some correlation between muscle size and those type of injuries.
