Do any of you work out twice a day? My plan is to do Cardio in the mornings, and lifting in the evenings. I've heard good things from doing your cardio in the morning. My only problem is gonna be getting my lazy ass up! Is this anybody else's routine? I'd like to hear about it.
It's a good idea to split your cardio from lifting. The best scenario would be to do them on separate days entirely...but if you are going to do them on the same day splitting them up is a good idea. They are two different types of training, and if you don't eat accordingly for each they are somewhat in conflict with each other.

I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

I do morning cardio once a week although I was doing more when I competed. Tops for fat burning.

Yeah. . burning fat is one of my main goals! My metabolism is. . .well it just plains sucks so losing weight and burning fat is a real hard thing for me to do. I'm hoping this will help
Don't forget a good diet, that'll help with increasing your metabolism.
If you are kind of overweight, then cardio is the way to go along with good meal plans. Twice per day cardio is going to yield results.
One thing though, in my experimentation doing cardio 2 days in a row was ok but my body seemed to reject the idea so I backed off.
If I were you I'd try things for myself to see for myself the results that I would get. Everybody is different. If you really don't want to get up then wait till later and do the cardio for around 1/2hr then workout.
