Well I'm trying to gain some inches for my vertical because I'm 2-3 inches away from dunking and would like to have a workout that would do that.

If you're focusing on your vert, that's a good one to do. What kind of feedback are you looking for? There's not much to say about a pre-made routine like that.

I was wondering if it's over training since I'm going 4 days straight.

Without even looking at the routine:
Everyone's body is different... It may/may not be overtraining. Give it a try, your body will let you know. If you feel like you are overtraining, then split the days up. I am doing a 4 day split where I go monday, tuesday, thursday and saturday.
