It seems like no one else does hanging situps. i do em on one of the chinup bars at the gym, having progressed up to using 15lb dumbell under my chin for 4x10-12. really feel the burn! are they bad for you or anything?

Hmm so youre putting a 15LBs dumbell under your chin, somethign doesnt sound right about that. Do you mean hanging leg raises? Or if you do mean hanging situps, well the ROM would be pretty sweet. With your lifts i could believe that, nice dead at 2.5 x BW It shoudl be really good with the ROM, but not many people can pull it off. Ever tried a one arm chin?
