I have been slacking when it comes to working out, so this year I decided I was going to discipline myself and set up some kind of schedule...
I have to go to school and work on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays...so that leaves me with tuesday, thursday, and saturday, and maybe sundays to work out...

Does this look like a good plan...?
Tuesday: chest and triceps
Thursday: legs
Saturday: back, shoulders, biceps

What are some good exercises and how many reps/sets should I do on each of these days???

I would love to hear about some of your workout routines, including amount of reps/sets...or any suggestions on anything else.

I plan starting something on 1/10 so please give me any input asap...thanks!
