Just have to ask a question thats been bugging me for a while. Is decline bench really necessary? In about 99% of the chest routines that I have seen, I havent seen anyone with the decline bench press excersize. Is this because on regular bench press form you are supposed to arch your back slightly so you pretty much get your lower chest in flat bench? or no? anyone have any answers?

O and the select few times I have tried decline I have found it MUCH easyer than flat bench and a whole lot easyer than incline.
