I have decided to go with the wbb1 routine...starting tomorrow. Anyway, should I stick with the EXACT exercises that are stated in the program or can I sub similar exercises every week. I.E. Do I need to do Barbell Curls and hammer Curls every week for bi's or can I mix in some other bi exercises? I just want to make sure I am doing this exactly how it is meant to be carried out....
You can substitue, but I would stick with the same thing until the progression stops on the lift.
Squats work better than supplements.
