    Could you critique my my eating schedule?:-)

    i'm 19 years old and i'm 5'9, 150 pounds. i'm trying to packon just a little bit more muscle and get more define. I usually jog about 2 to 3 times a week also. He is my eating schedule.

    8:00- 7 egg whites, 2 english muffin with turkey slice sandwich, vitamin pill

    9:30- 1 apple, 1 lowfat yogot,

    12:00- 1 chicken breast with brown rice and 1 cup of broccoli

    3:00- 1 cup of protein drink


    7:00- egg whites.

    8:00-dinner, um i eat whatever my pops cook, usually it's very healthy..

    I'm pretty much a newbee and i would like to know if this is a good start.

    You need some healthy fats in there (fish oil, natural peanut butter, olive oil, flaxseed oil, etc.). Eat whole eggs, not just the whites.

    What are your goals? To gain muscle mass? (I doubt you need to diet at 150lbs). You need to eat more total calories.

    I'm sorry i should have been more detailed, i had a few things missin. I eat 5egg whites and 2 whole eggs, which equals 7 eggs. I also take fish oil pill as a vitamin pill. I eat 2 spoons of peanut butter when i eat my apple.

    My goals is to gain some muscle, probably up to 160. Also i don't really want to be too bulky, i just want to be lean and defined.
