His triceps are very big. It's hard to tell how tall he is, but his arms could definitely be at the least near 18 inches. You are in excellent shape for anyone, and the fact that you are 15 makes your progress thus far amazing. Keep it up man.

If you're 15, you're a monster and need to keep training, really hard. Because you have potential.

I have to call BS on quite a few things here...

If your only 15 years old and are as strong as you say you are then in 15 years we will be watching you compete in the worlds strongest man and crushing the competition. I dont think even the genetic elite were that strong that young.

You are built very well, that we can all plainly see. But I severly doubt your 15 years old. If indeed your arms are 18" then your chest has to be atleast 50" again putting you into the genetic elite category. You look fairly lean from what I can see... somewhere between 9 - 13 % BF.

Thanks for the replies all and yeh im 15. All those pictures were taking unpumped or anything so I can see why my arms dont look to big ill see if i can get a tape measuring picture on here soon. My genetics arent too amazing and i got 6 months till im 16 but i do work hard everyday. To be honest 2 years ago i weighed 280 pounds of fat, dropped down to 180 then gained back up to 220 at 5 10

Yeah it must suck only being able to squat 530lbs at your age. Try whey protein powder and maybe after a year or two you'll have gained a few pounds.

And just keep working hard and eat plenty. Hit the midsection, heavy ab and oblique work. The thicker your torso, the more you'll be able to lift.
