    holy cow

    didnt even think about it, but if i could do 350 on dead lift that would but me at 900+ which i know isnt huge but i am only 5'8 170 so i guess not bad for my size.

    Don't rush it with deadlifts. Just try to up it 5-10 lbs each time out and you'll get there.

    i started at 225, and about 4 months of good solid work got me to 315, oh yea an i was lookin at my numbers and i was wrong bench is at 250 squat is at 355 and with reps at 315 on dead lift that puts me at 910 aaaaaaaahahaahahhaha YES!!!!!!

    new goals
    bench 300
    squat 400+
    dead lift 350+

    Congrats!

    Just curious though, most people have a higher deadlift than a squat? Super strong legs or something?

    well see the thing is that i have done squats before, however not very often i still have done them before. But up untill about 4 months ago i never even tried dead lift so i am still trying to catch my squat.
