Just started using ETS and am really surprised how well it works for DOMS after Squats. Usually my legs only get sore, should I use ETS on non-leg days as well? Seems like a waste since my upperbody very rarely gets any kind of soreness.

4 capsules in the morning and four before bed per the directions. I'd defer to those unless the manufacturer said otherwise based on your question. Perhaps your body needs that amount to sustain the positive effects. Not sure, just my 2 cents.
It needs to be taken daily for the full affects.

I am going to go against the grain here, for me ETS works so well that I only take it the nights I train and the following morning and it works very well.
May be different for others but for me its pretty powerful.
Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
Bench geared 525 @ 210
Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

The anti-inflamatory properties of ETS work to their full potential when there is a level of muscle saturation, which requires you to take it every day
when I take it, I use half the does and it seems to 'work' fine as far as my knee soreness goes. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I stopped because my stomach was hurting, but I can't confirm that was the cause.
