    excellent workout man! You'll get that 225 piss by end of the month dude! Go for 230 and maybe 240 aswel man. You can do it!

    Thanks man..it's exciting being really close to 225 on bench...haha, but then I look at my squat and it makes me realize I need to raise the intensity to do more than my bench

    hehe. Well when I finally get a squat rack (yay very soon now), you can laugh at the puny weights ill be starting off on. I'll be a total n00b to the back barbell squatting expereince

    yeah, but I wouldn't be surprised if your numbers shot up fast man. Once you get used to it, it's awesome. I love squatting.

    Oh no doubt they will shoot up fast. When i used to train my legs at school on the leg press iwould easily rep the stack loads with full rom. Total weight was 241kg (530lbs)I know leg press means nothin comapred to squat but i know ive got very strong thighs. So when I get the form down on squats I wanna be hittin over 300 lol.
    I love hack squatting, so i know im gonna love squatin also. And i can expect to be gaining alot more weight aswel from doin squats. mmmm checked my weight at Hannahs today. Christ im nearly 12 stone lol. Which would be 168lbs. :shock: lol

    i used to be the same, but now i love the pain they give me. and the growth of my thighs theyve given me. And i dont scarpe my calfs as much as i used to which is a bonus.

    haha...well I had about 6 shots of absolut, 30 jell-o shots and beer (can't actually remember how much)...got pretty drunk and ended up making out with some random redhead...I tried to get her to stay (since I had my bros room), but she said she couldn't because she'd probably never see me again and if she stayed she'd probably want to have sex haha

    hey wilder, i read about you getting an injury, that sucks but i guess its smart to take your time getting back into deads. It seems like the rest of your workouts are nice tho. Keep at it, I hope to bench 225 one day, hell id like to bench 185 right now

    haha Thanks Coke, I do tend to overthink things sometimes...and I'm only a homewrecker 30% of the time...usually the girls are single

    Con- yeah it sucks, I'm probably gonna try some light deads this week and start working my way back up. Just keep at it, you'll reach your goals.

    Hahah, I have four siblings, so I've definitely had to finesse using the sibs' rooms once or twice myself at apartments and such...

    Anyhow, solid benching, and holy hell that's a lot of volume on that day. Way to get in there, ya beast.
