    How bad are protien bars?

Well when im working a ful 8-12 hour day, i dont always have time to go back in the break room and heat up the food. How are protien bars as a replacement? What would you reccomend as for protien bars? I always ate the Next U-Turn Bars, but are there anything else i could make

well, tuna doesn't have to be warm. Nor does chicken breast even. If you've got the calories to spare you can even make yourself a great sandwich or wrap. There are all kinds of ways to get protien in that taste a heck of a lot better than the bars.

Yeah. I'd much rather have a brick-hard infinitely chewy bar than tuna any day. Hook me up with a PB and chocolate powerbar. Oh yeah.

I usually have a Clif Bar at work. They're 240 calories, 10g of protein, and made with mostly organic ingredients and all natural. They're a good source of fiber, too.

Why would a protein bar be bad for you? I've never heard anything like that before.

Protein bars are far worse for the people around you than they are for you.

If you eat a bar daily/frequently make sure you know all the ingredients, especially the preservatives.
