Let's say I'm 133-134 lbs.. 5' 7".. 16 years old.. And I'm trying to build up to 145-150 by the end of August..?
I eat a lot, I work a lot.. I get proper rest, and I take Glutamine Powder & Whey Protein.. People keep telling me if I want to build up, I gotta eat like it. I eat a lottt. Good food, high protein etc. But I barely gain weight.. maybe two pounds in the last month or so, but my body looks like its getting bigger, i'm just not gaining the lean ripped pounds I'd like.. is this because I'm still developing/ growing.. or is it because I'm just not pushing myself enough when I eat.. or could it be from Hockey & Cardio, and not letting the calories sit and make me gain pounds..?

EAT. When you thing you've ate a lot, go eat more, and lift heavy
