I seem to sleep better with a satisfied stomach.
What are the best foods to eat before bed?
Some obvious ones are milk, cottage cheese, peanut butter, oats, eggs, and turkey
What else is good before sleppy time?
My vote is with cottage cheese and a chunk of apple smothered in natural peanut butter.
I've been eating CC every night for 12 weeks, it's getting old to say the least, anything else I could eat in it's place?
Casein protein wouldn't be a bad choice. Slower digesting than Whey.

Basically any slow protein with fat will do the job.
i guess you could either use a protein blend (Nitrean) or buy some straight casein powder and mix up a shake before bed...but i don't know if that would really be worth it..

milk is almost all casien right? how come everyone says cottage cheese, but I have never heard someone say just drink 2 glasses of milk.

My nightly routine is 2 TBSP Natty PB and 16 oz of skim milk.

Is that bad built? I mean 8 grams of protein per glass. 80 percent is casien right?

my god, i sliced up a mango and throw it in. pretty good.
I guess I'll just do fruits in it and what not, I had misread the label in thinking it was 15 grams for 1 cup. but its 1/2 for 15 grams of protien. So that's like an easy 30 grams in one sitting. Not to shaby.
