3. Meal. Chicken breast and brown rice and black beans
4. Chicken breast and 2 egg whites
5. Chicken breast and veges
6. Protein Shakes, pills and glut and sleep
Worked out on Chest.
Heavy lifting for bench, lite for incline, meduim for decline, cable crossovers, machine chest weight, maintained perfecr form and did 20 minutes of cardio. Burned 218 calories, maintained a 137 heart rate.
Felt good, off on Friday the 10th
Good back in Saturday to do Legs.
