When i work out today should i use the same amount of reps/sets in everything or just certain ones, because i really wanna build up my arms, chest, and abs.

reps and sets are different for the exercises. for example you may be doing 20 reps for squats but you never should do 20 reps of deadlift. Check out the WBB routines to get a good idea. http://www.wannabebig.com/category.php?cat=4

By working your legs your chest and arms will get bigger.
I agree use the wbb routines, it is a good place to start
weight 202 - (bf around 14%)
Bench - 286
deadlift - new pr on the 23/12/06 190 kilo (430 pound)
squat - 264 ATF
200 pound at 10% bf by next summer
