    peanut butter + pudding + protein

    a real easy treat i like to make is mix a 60 cal. pack of jello pudding with natural crunchy pb and 3/4 a scoop of chocolate nitrean. the pb fixes the pudding from becoming runny when you mix the pudding with the protein. almost has the consitency of cake batter, and the pb makes it taste 10 times better IMO.

    yea. someone had posted doing pudding + protein which tasted pretty good. just thought id post an improvement to the recipe. as i said, when i mix the two, the pudding starts to turn runny. one day i just felt like adding pb and it tastes soooooo much better (since pb is amazing) and gives it a good consistency.
