I usually go as low as I can possibly go. It's not technically ATF, but I'm not physically capable of going any lower. The most I've done up to this point is 285 @ 175LBs, but that was after a few heavy reps and I almost did 2, so I'm sure I could do full squats with at least 300.
I don't do parallel at all though. It feels like it hurts my knees. Full squats don't bother me at all.

I would also agree that bench should be much less than squat, unless you're using a bench shirt and not using a squat suit.

best i've squated ATF was 315
though i can do 3x315 parellel
bench strict in compeition was 345 touch and go (raw)
im thinking with a good pause is 320-330
and yup my squat is behind.
i weigh 165-170

I see no reason aside from an injury anyone should have a higher bench then squat.

Competition Squat = 441, BP=319..
Gym ATF Squat = 405, Gym BP = 335
But my squat is moving much faster then my bench...
so I would image the 70 lb difference now, will probably be at least 100 lb difference by summer time..
I agree w/Kev.. SQ should be bigger then BP.. unless there is a physical reason.. significantly bigger..

How much better is ATG than parallel. Ive always squatted parallel becuase I was tuaght that anything lower would cuase undo stress on knee liaments.
A full squat feels better on my knees than parallel. If you can squat ATF then you should be doing it this way. Don't cheat yourself.
