    Back to the basics..where is that?

    Ok so i'm reading a lot about which routines do what.. I want to stick to the main mass/strength building exercises, the power lifting ones. What are these exercises called? I think its the Big 3 or the Big 5? Ive done searches and can't come up with diddly.. Just trying to find a basic full body work out to do 3 days a week.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
