    WWB1 Question

    Just wondering if anyone currently on this program does any workouts on the "off" days. I am just looking for somthing I can add in there.

    nothing, thats why it's an off day. You body needs recovery time.

    Do some cardio, or some stretching. Or do your abs on one of the off days. Or just do nothing.
