    abs. last shot. I'm 5 10, slightly below 170. Been taking time off from working out recently, I burnt out all of a sudden and had a few things to take care of. Could work legs as hard as wanted last couple months, but back on working them hard. Tell me what you guys think.

    I've been working out since late January of 99. Back then I only did machines, didn't even bench or anything, took me about a year before I got a little more serious. Around sept. 2000, I was doing mostly freeweights, but still going like 5 days a week, one body part per day (DOH!). This past july, with help from people on this board and others, I finally started doing a 3 day split, and really took off as far as gains go. I'm 20 now, I lift 3 days per week (Leg day/shoulder, back/bi, chest/tri). When I started I was 143ish, that stayed pretty constant till about sept. 99, when I shot up to 160 in a little over one month. Apparently I hadn't been eating nearly enough, and I started consuming food in horse-like quantities. I'm gonna start eating even more now. Those pictures gave me an objective look at myself, and I see plenty of room for growth. :P thanks for the commments, keep em commin.

    The only recommendation I have is you might try doing dumbbell presses for your chest for awhile and finishing your chest workout with 3 sets of cable crossovers, it really seems to help add some mass.

    Other than that you seem to be doing perfectly, good job, keep up the good work.

    Looking good bro keep up the progress.. I am the same height as you, 5'10" and I weighed around 175-185 lbs. my freshman year in highschool. Now as a Senior I am pushing 225-230 lbs. Keep up the good work!
