I am brand new here but hope to become a regular. I have been impressed with this site and the quality of info in the articles and advice given on the forum. My training career has been spent figuring out ways to put muscle on my ectomorphic frame. I have exceded my expectations but am far from satisfied. My influences have been Stuart McRobert, John Christy, Peary Rader, John McCallum (very happy to see alot of McCallum talk when I searched the archives), Casey Butt, Charles Staley, and Charles Poliquin.
Look foward to getting and giving advice in the future.
