Ive just started takin creatine. What should I expect? Weight gain in the form of water? Will I look "fatter"? like bloated?
What type of results should a expect to see? Im asuming that with the 3 month supply I have, I will see some muscle gains. My main goal is to lose 4% BF though
Also, I read that creatine is found in fish. I thought it was only in red meats? Will the 5g's of creatine a day do anything for me then?
