I cant seem to master the form in bent over rows. Can someone give me an idea of good form. I look like a newbie when i try to do them so i just go to the cables. I would really like to start doing them again with free weights to work the stability muscles. I forgot the form completely, and what to make Sure not to do or stand. Lil help!
use an underhand grip at about shoulder width apart.
stand with your upper body bent over, just about parallel to the floor and then just raise the bar up to your stomach making sure you're only using your back and not your biceps
oh ya if you feel lower back pain you're prolly bending a bit too far forward
