There are alot of guys who would like to be in your position! Take advantage of your genes, lack of lifting experience, and age by working your butt off and reaping the rewards. You can easily loose fat and pack on muscle at the same time, just stick to the basics and add weight to the bar every week.

At this time I'm planning on doing a crazy cut...living off pretty much just a chicken breast or two a day, maybe some AtLarge Opticen, taking Twinlab Ripped Fuel and drinking green tea.
I don't plan on lifting too much, but I would love to change this.
If you guys could help me with some kind of plan that would allow me to lose fat...as well as build mad muscle I would be extremely grateful.

Well I want to lift. But the key to getting big is eating big.
