There are alot of guys who would like to be in your position! Take advantage of your genes, lack of lifting experience, and age by working your butt off and reaping the rewards. You can easily loose fat and pack on muscle at the same time, just stick to the basics and add weight to the bar every week.

    Thanks alot guys.
I'll be posting some new threads within the year to show some progress.

At this time I'm planning on doing a crazy cut...living off pretty much just a chicken breast or two a day, maybe some AtLarge Opticen, taking Twinlab Ripped Fuel and drinking green tea.
I don't plan on lifting too much, but I would love to change this.
If you guys could help me with some kind of plan that would allow me to lose fat...as well as build mad muscle I would be extremely grateful.

If you don't plan on lifting too much.. I am not sure you are on the right site... the core of WBB is lifting and eating right... To get big, hard and/or fit..

Well I want to lift. But the key to getting big is eating big.
I can't lose fat and eat big. It doesn't work. And I am in no position to bulk right now.
