    Okay guys, listen, i know you are all into this whole bodybuilding thing and all but i have a special assignment for you. I am a little fat. actually according to my trusty scale, 222 lbs, and im 6"0 tall. Can anyone make me a diet plan or something, ill make myself a little journal
