    It's amazing what difference 100 calories makes per meal

    I feel like I'm stuffing myself to the brim with food going from 500 calories to 600 calories per meal. I just had 6oz baked ham, two slices of whole grain bread with butter, and a glass of skim milk. Between changing what I eat and how much I eat for this X-Factor bulking cycle, I'm half afraid of getting fat!
