My first week on a cut diet, not too hard, pretty motivated. From what ive read, im expecting to lose a pound if that. I step on my scale and it says that i lost 8 pounds. Now normally I would just say GREAT!, but after reading a lot I know losing weight this fast cant be at all good. I may have gone a little low on my cals, and thats my own fault. My question is should I raise cals so I can still lose weight, but hopefully not lose muscle at the same time. Thx for your time.
