    Cycle

    Which way is better to move up in weight? To do a 7 week cycle? Or to do the traditional lift 3 sets to you max out? I'm currently doing a bench cycle (5 sets starting with low weight) and a squat cycle (5 sets starting with low weight). I was just wondering if the cycle was really effective or not.
