    Round top steak nutrition info

I was trying to add a 3/4 pound round top steak to my fit day but anything that comes up is giving me a headache trying to figure out which is which. Since for some reason meat seems to never have nutrition info on it does anyone have any info on this? It was a pretty lean cut from an organic meat co.

That's why your skinny. 3/4 pound is nothing. You need to eat to gain.

REALLY?!?!?!?! wow, thanks for enlightening me Damn, I thought all i had to do was think about it really hard...

3/4 lb of meat is like 50-60g protein... no one needs that much at one time.

    mmm, steak

12 oz is nothing. I could (and have in the past) eat 2!

I'm relatively small (5'8, 155lbs) but people are shocked when I pack away HUGE steaks and 12 inch sandwiches.

mm, i'm drooling - gotta go eat now...

Sorry if I came off like an ass, but I meant what I said. 3/4 of a pound of steak is far from a "hell of a meal", and as along as you consider it to be so, you're going to have a very tough time reaching 200 lbs.

And 50 - 60 gram of protein at a meal is not excessive. It's about 1/3 of what you should be taking in daily.
