    An end to muscletech?

    THOUGHTS?

Did the ads, and lawsuits finish them? An end to the BS? I hate MT, but hate to see any supplement company go under.

    What exactly is chapter 15?

I'm from the states and all we have are 7,11,13. Each having a different terminology as to how the bankruptcy is handled.

I am not sure, but I always considered bankruptcy for a corporation would be they get tax breaks. Doesn't necessary mean they are going to disappear all of a sudden.

Edit: Just read up on bankruptcy.

Filing bankruptcy may protect assets from creditor action, preserving value for the payment of taxes and employees.

    From the Federal Judiciary News:

Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code, created by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, deals with cross-border insolvency and governs the manner in which a foreign court may enlist the aid of a U.S. bankruptcy court.
Also, backruptcy is more than chapters 7, 11 and 13:

    United States Code
    TITLE 11 - BANKRUPTCY
    Chapter 1. General Provisions
    Chapter 3. Case Administration
Chapter 5. Creditors, The Debtor, And The Estate
    Chapter 7. Liquidation
Chapter 9. Adjustment Of Debts Of A Municipality
    Chapter 11. Reorganization
Chapter 12. Adjustment Of Debts Of A Family Farmer With Regular Annual Income
Chapter 13. Adjustment Of Debts Of An Individual With Regular Income
Chapter 15. Ancillary and Cross-border Cases

Even if most people don't like MT, they sponsored many athletes including a large part of the Olympia... love them or hate them, this will hurt the sport...

Only when BB can become more mainstream can it survive.

I won't get into my opinion about how to make it mainstream, but it needs a larger support source then it's current one.

well one of the big ways to get more mainstream is education on proper steroid use. Since the media is in a frezy right now giving them a bad name and negatively representing them, it creates very biased opinions in people.

I just talked to a Empire Nutrition rep. (1 of MT's Canadian distrubtors) and he said they were experiencing a resurgence.
