    has anyone had surgery to repair a torn labrum? i did 9 days ago and im curious to see if anyone has and how long it took to get back into the gym?? im hoping 3 months and im back... might be optomistic but we're hoping 3.. i had screws put in as well as an anchor system... anyone relate to this?
    bench -275
    squat- 400
    dead- 355 x 3

    still bulking... cutting in jan./feb... want 10-15 more, then its ON!

    Your surgeon is the only person that is able to give you a time period for recovery. Since for the most part your recovery will be based off of a couple of factors such as where the tear was located and how well the surgery went. My suggestion is like any other type of injury its better to wait and not rush back since re injury is very possible.
