Hey im new to this forum and I seem to find alot of good information throughtout, but I could never find the proper intake of protein. Can anyone throw the basics of protein intake pre and post workout.. thanks

i shoot for 1-1.5 grams of protien for each lb of body weight. IMO time isnt as important as making sure you are getting enough protein through out the day
wrong forum but 1-1.5g. protein per Lb. of body weight is a good goal to shoot for everyday whether on a cut or a bulk...
