I was wondering yall could give me more information of building up my abs.

I don't really have any abs right now.

Also, i have this fat towards the bottom of my stomach, any ideas on how i can take this off?

Weight: 110
Body Fat: 8% (done with a online clac.)( i am not sure if that is right)
Waist:28 inches
